Installation Instructions

WordPress/WooCommerce
  1. Download the plugin ZIP file using the button above
  2. Go to your WordPress Admin → Plugins → Add New
  3. Click "Upload Plugin" and select the downloaded ZIP file
  4. Click "Install Now" and then "Activate Plugin"
  5. Go to Settings → AI Chat Support to configure
  6. Enter your organization details and customize settings
Magento 2
  1. Download the Magento extension ZIP file using the button above
  2. Upload the ZIP contents into your Magento root (merge app/ folder)
  3. Run: php bin/magento setup:upgrade
  4. Run: php bin/magento cache:flush
  5. Go to Stores → Configuration → General → AI Chat Support
  6. Enable widget and enter your organization slug or ID
  7. Composer install: composer require aichat/magento2-widget
Shopify
  1. Click the "Install Shopify App" button above
  2. You'll be redirected to Shopify OAuth login
  3. Log in to your Shopify admin account
  4. Review and accept the app permissions
  5. Complete the setup wizard in the app
  6. Customize the chat widget appearance
