- Go to Settings → AI Chat Support to configure
- Enter your organization details and customize settings
Magento 2

- Upload the ZIP contents into your Magento root (merge app/ folder)
- Run: php bin/magento setup:upgrade
- Run: php bin/magento cache:flush
- Go to Stores → Configuration → General → AI Chat Support
- Enable widget and enter your organization slug or ID
- Composer install: composer require aichat/magento2-widget
Shopify
- Click the "Install Shopify App" button above
- You'll be redirected to Shopify OAuth login
- Log in to your Shopify admin account
- Review and accept the app permissions
- Complete the setup wizard in the app
